Buyer Information Sheet Send the scanned copies of the above forms to odesalvador23@gmail.com Please also send the following: 1. Scanned copy with a check for P25,000.00 (current date), pay to the order of SM Development Corporation. 2. Scanned copy of the passport or a government-issued ID of all buyers appearing in the contract. 3. Scanned copy of proof of Tax Identification Number (TIN) of all buyers appearing in the contract. Send the original copies to me as well.
